At MTCLIP GUNS & ACCESSORIES, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality firearms and exceptional service. Due to the nature of firearms sales, our refund and return policy is designed to comply with all applicable laws and ensure the safety of our customers.
1. General Policy
- All sales of firearms are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on firearms once the purchase is completed.
- If a firearm is found to be defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
- Although any defect found with the firearm would be covered by the manufacturer, please contact customer service from that manufacturer
- Order Cancellation Window
- Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. The refunded amount can take up to 3 Business days.
- After this period of 24 hours, orders may have already been processed for drop shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.
- MTCLIP GUNS & ACCESSORIES will make every effort to keep you up to date as the ETA of your items purchased. If for some reason, your product has not been received with in 2 weeks (i.e. inventory shortage), MTCLIP GUNS & ACCESSORIES will automatically cancel the transaction and refund the total sales amount.
Fees and Charges
- If an order is canceled after it has been processed for drop shipping, a cancellation fee of 15% may apply.
- Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred if the order has already been shipped. It may automatically be deducted from the return amount.
2. Defective Firearms
- If you receive a defective firearm, please contact the customer service team of that Firearm manufacturer.
- Please be sure to register your firearm prior to contacting customer service
3. Non-Defective Firearms
- Due to legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of firearms. Please ensure you are making the right choice before completing your purchase.
- We encourage customers to thoroughly research and ask questions about any firearm before purchasing.
4. Ammunition and Accessories
- Sales of ammunition and accessories are also final. The original manufacturer should be contacted if an item is found to be defective.
- If you receive defective 3D product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns of defective items will be covered by MTCLIP GUNS & ACCESSORIES. For non-defective items (i.e. costumer damaged the item by misuse, over tightened, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
6. Legal Compliance
- All returns and exchanges must comply with federal, state, and local laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are legally allowed to possess the firearm in their jurisdiction.
